I had a lot of fun working on this project during my downtime this winter. I wanted to experiment with squash/stretch, anticipation, and exaggerated acting. These principles can sometimes slip away in more realistic pieces, so this was a great reminder of what can be achieved with animation. I was shocked at how quickly I could get this blocked and splined (just a few days), especially compared to where I was just a year ago. I can see myself progressing in efficiency, something that will be helpful in later careers and projects. In the future, I'd like to continue pushing squash and stretch into my work, and even more into this piece. As always, critiques and suggestions are always welcome.
